Supporting Dementia And Alzheimer’s Awareness And Education In The Community And Through School Programmes;5. Working Alongside Local Healthcare Providers To Reduce The Reliance On The NHS By Offering Access To Other Support Services Locally;6. Raising Awareness And Promoting Supporting Vulnerable Adults Through Volunteering Services And Offering Training Programmes To Support Volunteers; And7. Promoting Training And Development Programmes For Professional And Volunteer Care Workers.
