We are linked with Trinity Collage in London, who moderates their work as part of the Arts Awards program, so every child gets a qualifcation. Around 25% of our members has additional learning needs. The very popular Over 60’s Social Club (in partnership with other community groups) have around 180 members with free entry to members. Every two weeks we hold events that have a direct positive beneft. The flm events are very popular as are music days. We fnd this benefcial to wellbeing especially to members who sufer from dementia as they fnd classic flms and music help against memory loss. The Tredegar Task Force continues to serve the public and social services by performing weekly shopping trips to those most vulnerable in Blaenau Gwent. |
