The trustees hereby declare that they shall stand possessed of the trust fund upon trust to pay or apply the same or any part or parts thereof and the income arising therefrom or any part or parts thereof for such Summary of the objects of the charitable purpose or purposes according to the laws of England & Wales charity set out in its and or to or for the benefit of such one or more charitable bodies trusts governing document associations institutions or organisations established for such charitable purposes as aforesaid and in such shares and in such manner as the club in ordinary meeting shall in its absolute discretion determine or select.
As part of the National Association of Round Tables, Knowle & Dorridge Round Table carries out its purpose through a nationally set standard approach adopted by all Round Tables in the UK. Round Table members meet twice a month for social activities, quarterly for business meetings, and annually for the AGM. We run three charity fundraisers annually; Dorridge Day, Santa float, K&D Drinks Festival.

Section D Achievements and performance
Three successful events this year – Dorridge Day making £18,305, the Summary of the main Beer Festival making £2,626 and Santa Float collecting £10,626. In achievements of the charity addition a one-off fundraising event was held in memory of one member during the year raised £6,995. This allowed donations to good causes of £24,727.

I report in re8ped of my examination of the Trust's a¢count8 carried out under sectlon 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions glven by the Charity Commission under $edion 145(5){b) of the Act.
