Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	Crondall Primary School Foundation is a registered charity that was established in 2019. The aim stated in the constitution establishing the Foundation is toAdvance the education of pupils at Crondall Primary School. In accordance with the Charities Commission guidance the education of the children is interpreted by the Foundation in the broadest sense, to include all aspects of the curriculum and beyond.
Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts.	Para 1.17 and 1.19	The Foundation’s key objectives in achieving the above aim are: By offering financial support, facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.
Statement confirming whether the trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit	Para 1.18	In preparing this report the trustees confirm that they have had regard to the guidance on public benefit and that our main objective, activities and achievements fulfil the requirements of a charitable purpose for public benefit.

Achievements and Performance

Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.	Para 1.20	In this accounting period, a total of £2,958 was raised through charitable activities, the main ones are detailed below: Throughout the year a number of classes hosted their own cake sales to raise funds for the Foundation. A total of £1600 was raised throughout the accounting period. Three second hand uniform sales took place and raised £334. We held one ‘break the rules’ mufti event throughout the accounting period where children pay £1 to wear mufti plus an additional 50p for each rule they break e.g. wearing nail varnish; colouring their hair etc. A total of £354 was raised. A Christmas card fundraiser where children designed their own Christmas cards raised £271. A parent held a Silent Auction event which raised £400. The total donations received during this accounting period totalled £3,279 through family/carer donations. In November 2019, a Foundation Charity page was added to the school website so parents were able to find the information required to donate to the Charity. In this accounting period, the funds received were used to pay for the following: • A new mixer for the school kitchen • Wandle Learning Partnership subscription • Purple Mash subscription • Language angels subscription • Seesaw subscription • White Rose Maths and Science subscription • BehaviourWatch subscription • Library management system • TimesTable rockstars subscription for all pupils

Financial Review

Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period	Para 1.21	Fund balances at 31/03/2024 stood at £1,914.47. Unaudited annual accounts have been prepared and are available. They are unaudited as actual income from 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 was £6,237 which is under the £10,000 threshold.
