MindFood is an Ealing based charity that supports people with depression, anxiety and stress to improve their wellbeing through gardening, mindfulness and horticulture.
Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:the Preservation And Protection Of Good Health Among Persons Who Are Suffering From Mental Ill Health, Disability Or Emotional Disorder Of Any Description Or Who Are In Need Of Rehabilitation As A Result Of Such Illness Or Who Want To Prevent The Occurrence Or Recurrence Of The Same In Each Case By The Provision Of Therapeutic Gardening And Horticulture And Related Nature Based Activities.
