Para 1.17 and 1.19 |
Based on continued constraints amongst some of the trustees, the work of Friends of Agape Love Family Home (FOALFH) has continued to be limited. One of the members of the board who offered to make her land available, has completed building a 3- bedroom house with the moral support of FOALFH. Once furnished, it shall be made available to Agape Love Family Home for use as shelter for vulnerable/orphaned children in Lusaka Zambia. The main role of FOALFH in 2024 was to provide moral and other support while the construction of the home was underway, helping to ensure that it is fit for purpose, and meets local health and safety requirements. Individuals who are friends of Agape Love Family Home have made financial pledges to support the charity. |
| Statement confirming whether the trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit |
Para 1.18 | All Trustees have been made aware of the vision, purpose and constitution of the FOALFH and are aware of the Charity Commission guidance and requirement that our purpose, activities and our reporting of such activities must all be for the public benefit. |
