Operating under COVID restrictions the VFS UK kept all its meetings between Trustees and Officers running via online platforms. |

| collaboration tools. As an example VFS UK worked with the Air-Ambulance |

| service of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to deliver an online event on the |

| activities ofAir Ambulance and its helicopter operations. The event took place on |
||
| Friday October 16,2020 at 18:00and was attended by some 60 members ofthe |
||
| public. Attendance was dominated by the UK and the USA but attendees for as |
||
| far away as Brazil were also present. The event resulted in a very informative |
||
| short video that VFS-UK is now featuring on its web pages and social media. |
