Para 1.20 | The Trustees have ensured that through hedge trimming and mowing the Paddock is an attractive centrepiece to the village and have promoted it as an area for recreation and general benefit of the community once coronavirus restrictions allow. At the Trustees request SSE have at their expense removed the overhead transformer and supporting “H” pylon for the overall safety, ambiance and improved perspective of the Paddock. It was not possible to hold the first AGM within the period specified in the Constitution so with the Charity Commmission’s approval the period was extended by six months and the Constitution amended accordingly. |
