Administrallon and 0￿ratIon￿ manag￿nent This is undertaken by trustees on a voluntary basis. the main responsabilities being Treasurer, Letting secretary and Secretary. We have some assistance from the Cty Counol, who own the allotments and this has been particularly challenging in 2024 with the reknrement of the Town Clerk arKI the repla￿ment resigning. A new Town Clerk is due to be appointed in March 2025. We maintain membership of the National Asso¢iation of Allotment and Leisure Gardeners. making use of their legal and other thice. also dtscounted seed orderiro from Kings. The day to day wnning of the sites is manapj through site who let new plots and discuss with individuals any poorly managed plots. They send reports on a monthly basis to the Trustees. btidge-Helen Cow Bennett res￿fted as site rep in August 2024, due to personal reasons and the Trustees were very grateful for all the she did and particularly her work liaising with Madley primary school and Our Lady's Catholic ptimary school. The children collecled and ts￿ked vegetables, assisted by plot holders vtho are chefs. Mr Dan Watkins became site rep for Drybridge September 2024. Eign- We welcomed back Chris Yapp aswte rep. folkming Sam Petkins retiremerrt at the er￿ of 2023. Holmer- Mrs Sharon Ba￿ retired as assistant site rep in August 2024 and the Trustees thank her for all the support over rn￿Y years. Mr Marf( Robinson took over as assistant site rep. Rockfield - David arKI Silvia Fletcher resigned in March 2024. The trustees accepted their resignation and thanked them for all their help over years. The trustees advertised for a new rep amongst the plot hoklers and continued to discuss options wrth Sylvia and David. It wa5 agreed in September 2024 that DavKI would relum as the Site rep, with Sylvia being assistant SFte rep doing the computer and admin work.

Financial Review Our income for the year from rents arKI a small grant Hereford City Council amounted to £26,620.86 and our totsl expendtiure was £30,830.16 for the year 2024. We had a loss of £4,209.30. Our reseNes at 31# December 2024 were £41.188.83. Our main outgoings are the general rnaintenan￿ of the sites and l am very gratthl to the Site reps and Trustees undertake a lot general tidying wrth assistance from some plotholders who have a pride in their indivtdual site.
