It has been a very productive year for the charity. The charity conducted 3 face to face courses (Frimley continuous regional anaesthesia course 2024, Plan A block course 2024, ESRA World Day 2024) and 1 virtual course (CPD updates course November 2024), and 3 other Virtual conferences for benefit of military doctors in Ukraine). The virtual webinar Summary of the main on updates in anaesthesia, which was co-hosted by the Association of activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to Anaesthetists of Great Britain & Ireland, which was streamed all over the these objects (include within this section the statutory world. The charity was also able to organise virtual training courses and declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance donate essential/lifesaving training equipment for the frontline hospitals in issued by the Charity Commission on public Ukraine. The charity was able to deliver essential training and supportive benefit) equipment in liaison with other charity MediTech Trust (Reg. The charity also provided training Grants to Dr. Samantha Jones, a RAF doctor, consultant in intensive care in the UK, who conducts resilience training course for doctors in training. Grants were also approved for doctor Usman Iqbal to attend team/human factor training in Guildford hospital & Dr.Rachel Mills to present her vital research in an international conference. Virtual online training was provided for Ukrainian doctors on Dialysis training. The virtual events were streamed for free and attended by hundreds of Ukrainian doctors and are uploaded onto the Progress platform on Youtube. The charity also donated training equipment to Zambia (University teaching Hospital, Zambia), Mbeya Zonal HospitalTanzania, Ukraine (Romadonov Neurosurgery Institute, PL Shupyk University Hospital and Feofaniya Military Hospital) and India (Kilpauk Medical college & Madras Medical college).

The charity also approved a few educational grants. The charity provided vital training equipment- ultrasound machines, bronchoscopes, videolaryngoscopes, and other training medical consumables were all donated to Hospitals in Zambia, Ukraine, India and United Kingdom to enhance training among anaesthetists, which in turn achieves the charity’s objectives of promoting education, to preserve and protect the health of the public.

The expenditure was to pay for course related stationery, faculty expenses, speaker fees, machine/equipment delivery charges, course venue charges and webhosting charges for virtual webinars to the Association of Anaesthetists of Great Britain and Ireland (AAGBI) and the Progress Platform (Ukraine). Donations were made to other charities conducting vital work in Africa. Grants were approved to conduct and cover the costs of resilience training courses and virtual educational webinars. Donation of vital equipment, training simulators and their transportation to hospitals in Zambia, SriLanka, Tanzania, India, Ukraine and United Kingdom. .

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5}(b) of the AGI. Independent The charity's gross income did not ex￿ed £250,000 and l am qualified to examiner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of Association of Chartered Certified Accounlanls. I have completed my examination.
