Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
The object of the CIO is to preserve and protect the health of people living in developing countries within the country they live by providing health materials from existing statutory health services and other reputable sources of information in local languages.

Translation system
In order to provide health materials in local languages at scale, we have established an effective ecosystem of translators and software. Deriving source text from NHS choices, hosting this text on an online platform for translations, then publishing the translated materials on our websites
Accessible Health materials
Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)
All of the health materials we produce are hosted online for convenience and ease of access. People are able to use this materials as a source of health knowledge to better understand and improve their health. For example, a person might search ‘blood in urine’ in a local language and this will return our high quality health materials for the person to better understand their symptoms.

On during this period, information has been during the year accessed over 8000 times by 7000 different users.
