Risk Illxnagement The Trusle¢% have considered ihe major risks to wkn'ch ihe charity, is exN)sed and review thos¢ risks regularlv and have established 5VStem5 and procedures to manage ihem. A mix of social media and traditsonal Communication has been valuable to ensure all mcmbers of the community are kept up to date. We held a successful Wellbeing evenl at th¢ sarne tsm¢ ￿ the annual flu clinic which allowed us lo complete a survey to undersLqnd bell¢r what the need of the community i5. Youth Mentsl health was high on the list. We have engaged wilh oiher local charities, NHS service providers, IcKal councillors arld our MP. Plans for Ihe Future In the COrnTng year, the forus will be on continuing lo provide activities within the Hub to combai social isolation in ihe elderly and wellbeing evenls to knefil all the community We have start¢d to address youth mental health issues and hope to expand this further next y￿.
