| And Management: | The Trustees administer the funds and seek from the general public opportunities |

| with charitable projects in the local area and within the Lions organisation. |

| ofthe Club decide which requests should be considered for funding and |
the amount | ||||||
| thereof. | |||||||
| The Trustees are aware ofthe risks assumed in the operation ofthe Trust |
and have | ||||||
| considerable experience offundraising activities. The annual fireworks |
display | is | the | ||||
| largest ofthese and is subjected to health and safety assessment. Insurance |
is carried to | ||||||
| cover all activities and it is considered that with this the risks to the Trust |
and its | Trustees | |||||
| are significantly reduced. |

| No induction programme is proved for new Trustees as they are trained |
by | the existing | |||||
| office-holders in the operational procedures required to be undertaken. |

| The Rayleigh Lions (CIO) Constitution was adopted on the recommendation |
