|And Management:||The Trustees administer<br>the funds and seek from the general<br>public opportunities|||||to assist|
|||with charitable<br>projects in the local area and within the Lions organisation.|||The|members||
|||ofthe Club decide which requests<br>should be considered for funding<br>and|the amount|||||
|||thereof.||||||
|||The Trustees are aware ofthe risks assumed<br>in the operation ofthe Trust||and have||||
|||considerable<br>experience offundraising<br>activities.<br>The annual<br>fireworks|display|||is|the|
|||largest ofthese and is subjected to health and safety assessment.<br>Insurance|||is carried to|||
|||cover all activities and it is considered<br>that with this the risks to the Trust||and its||Trustees||
|||are significantly<br>reduced.||||||
|||No induction<br>programme<br>is proved for new Trustees as they are trained|by||the existing|||
|||office-holders<br>in the operational<br>procedures<br>required to be undertaken.||||||
|||The Rayleigh Lions (CIO) Constitution<br>was adopted<br>on the recommendation|||ofthe Lions|||
|||Clubs Multiple<br>District 105 without<br>amendment.||||||
|||The Trustees and club members<br>have all agreed to transfer<br>all the assets|from The||||Lions|
|||Club ofRayleigh<br>Charity No. 2021517(which has now been closed down)|||to the||new|
|||charity status ofRayleigh Lions Club (C.I.O.) Charity No. 1184449||||||
