Own My Life, the operating name of the charity, is an innovative, creative and educational resource supporting women and girls in regaining ownership of their lives when they have been subjected to abuse or violence.
Objects: To Preserve And Protect The Health Of Women And Relieve The Distress And Psychological, Emotional And Physical Suffering Experienced As A Result Of Violence Against Women In Particular By, But Not Limited To, The Provision Of Training And Education That Ultimately Equips Women And Their Families To Recognise And Address The Causes Of Violence In Order For Them To Identify Effective Remedies To Overcome Such Abuse.
