| 20/9-13/12( every Sunday) | We did PE one hour for all the students. We did tuition every Sunday from 14:00-16:00. Guidelines for supplementary schools teaching remotely and Covid-19 safe re-opening During the Coronavirus Pandemic 2020. We are all aware that the Coronavirus crisis has had a drastic impact on children lives especially from low income backgrounds. Apart from carrying on our support towards children through phone calls, video calls and safe social distancing meetings. We have started an open the completions to keep children active during these hard times. |
We ran a community engagement survey to inform us of the demographics of our user-base. We asked parents, on behalf of the children, to fill out the survey to tell us their views.We received responses from a total of 70 families, this does not represent .our entire School -The biggest age group who attend classes are 12-13 year olds (35%) - Most of the families have (lived locally for more than five years (76%) -Students have come from areas in and around Birmingham to come to our School including Acocks Green, Boardsley Green, Edgbaston, Hall Green, Hardsworth, King’s Heath, Moseley, Northfield, Selly Oak, Small Heath, .Solihull, Stetchford, Wolverhampton, and Yardley 18th December 2020 Our aims We aim to advance education for young people for public benefit in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. We are particularly focused on supporting socioeconomically disadvantaged students, who are less likely to succeed at school. The Covid-19 crisis has further increased the educational attainment gap between more well-off and poorer students. Loneliness and social isolation has been called a ‘concurrent epidemic’, particularly among BAME and migrant communities. We also work to promote social inclusion, of people of all ages, relieving the needs of people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society.

1 Accounting policies
Accounting basis
The accounts have been compiled on that basis enables profits to be calculated in accourdance with UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice and that provides sufficient and relevant information to enable the completion of a tax return.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended DD / MM / YYYY .
Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent [The charity’s gross income exceeded £250,000 and I am qualified to examiner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of [insert name of applicable listed body]]. Delete [ ] if not applicable.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

∑ the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or

∑ the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
-
∑ the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
