Activities

The Group carries out its work in Felling Park Felling Gateshead.We have a group of volunteers who carry out the work of maintaining the park grounds.This includes securing funds to enable us to purchase equipment and plants,which enables us to improve the general standard of the park.We liaise with the local schools,so that the children can come to the park and learn about wildlife and plants.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Gateshead And The Surrounding Area (“The Area Of Benefit”) To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupation In The Interests Of Social Welfare With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life For The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit In Particular But Not Exclusively By Support And Assistance To The Preservation And Improvement Of Felling Park And The Public Recreational Areas Of Felling Town Centre.
