In November East year I encourdged the churth to reflett on aThJ pTry thr(XKJh the shape of my then ojrrent ministry as well as the minisiries of ￿ other members of the team. Thts all came under the heading of Shape of Futu￿ Ministy wthich was led by an exterxtsj leade￿hIP team to draw upon the eXper[en￿ of those had serv&1 on the thdership team, as wdl as cu￿ent m&nbers. This ￿ to the whole fellO￿hIP being eFmuraged to fill in a detsiled questionnaire aLK)ut the life of the church and its charitsble Obj&￿ whtch was collated and pr￿ed by Don Brennan and Ed Tomlinson. We a￿ very grdtefvl for all the hard work tw gave to this pr(X￿SS and as we expkned this the tide for this process changed from 'ShapE of Fubjre Ministy, to sha￿ of Futu￿ Ministries. as we encouraged the whole of the church to exercise theTrr gtfts and give of their time to our charitable obiectsves fijlfilled. We are very gTrteful to the way in whith he seNed the thurch particularly in his PBssion and enthusiasm for growing and developing our many yryjth activ[￿. In reswrse to this Zania Van khallwfv has ex￿anded hours to foKus particularty on Childrens and Worship as wdl as taking on a broajer leadership role. In the summer Josh Douglass was s￿ceSsful in his intervyew to tE our ￿ Youth Worker and he will tske up his role in D￿Mber. This year saw a signtfic3nt change in our Trustee Le3Jership Team. Dave 0￿rieS, who had trEen Treasurer for mary years Step￿ down arml was replaced by Temby kJrEs. We are very gratefvl for all of the hard work Dave (Jjaries has grven tri us. Having considered the relevant risks of charws in income and exFendtture, the Trustees have detemined that the appropriate level of reserves is in ￿ Trnge £30,000 to £35,000. As at 31& OCto￿r 2023, the thurch hdd total cash funds of £70,262 of which £1,245 were restricbj and £6,214 designat￿. It follows that osh re9)urces available to s￿￿ on aFry of the Church s a(twities anN)unts to £62,803. The Churth strives to remain a fo￿ for in the cc*nmunity in the tem in its own right.
