Section C Objectives and activities
For the public benefit to advance the education of children in Ghana by providing and assisting the provision of facilities for education at the school. Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
On the 02/09/2019, Impact Next Gen started a fundraising campaign to provide desks for Kalvio Basic School in Upper East Region of Ghana and other schools in the deprived communities of Ghana.
Due to this fundraising, 63 desks were donated to Kalvio Basic School in Upper Eastern Region of Ghana on the 07/11/2019.
On March 13/12/2020, an additional 30 Desks were donated to Kalvio Basic School due to successful fundraising. Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
The main achievement of the charity during the year was to be able to have an impact on Kalvio Basic School by the transformation of kids sitting on the floor to study to a school fully functional with desks. This contribution provided a conducive environment for the children in that under privilege community to study thereby giving them a chance of a brighter education and a brighter future.

Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves
We consistently review the charity’s finances on a monthly basis to ensure that we have money in reserves to cover all our expenses even when we finance our charity’s aims from donations.
An appropriate level of reserves of 300 pounds covers all our main expenses for hosting charity website, printing of charity fliers for fundraising activities. At the end of this financial year we have about 377 pounds in reserves.
