This period we were unable to do any public events or talks or walks because of covid-19. All training and education of other bat carers took place via Zoom. Public engagement at community events such as open days, flowers shows and supermarket bucket shakes were cancelled. We were entirely reliant on internet based events such as facebook fundraisers. Our local Waitrose were able to still make a donation to us as part of their green token scheme even though this was not divided by token percentage.
Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)
