Rising costs. the ongoing decline in stale-lunded music educatKJn. and the lightening of grant-making Criteria have placed enomous pressure on small arts ¢harrties, with sorne trusts n¢M rewting success rates as low as 4.10. Despite this, Future Talent n11ned to grow. increasing annual income to £467.912, rrnre than double our 2020 total. This growth was fuelled by an expanding base ol supporters, new mulli-year partnerships. and the continued k)yalty ot our existing funders. Recognising the importance of marking ¢xJr 20th annNersary with ambrtion and impact, the Trustees made the strategic decision lo invest £45,000 from reserves lo deliver RISE. Page 2
