These events have not directly impacted the purposes of the charity except in raising funds in order to act on the purpose of the charity. There were meetings every couple of months in order to keep the committee updated with both financial information and event information. |

Para 1.20 | 4 Events were held this year including the following: Gardeners Question Time, Jubilee Chess Competition, Afternoon Tea, Guided Nature Walk. These events have both raised funds for the charity in order to achieve its purpose as well as benefitting the wider society by creating opportunities for people to meet up (Afternoon Tea) as well as to educate people on nature (Guided Walk and Gardeners Question Time). We also provided a forum for people of all ages to mix over a chess competition and a local Treasure Hunt These events raised £622.93 after deducting expenses and insurance. Discussions for the next production have started. |
