Year end Meeting 2023/2024
Present:
Chris Jackson, Liz Axten, Irene Robinson, Bryan Robinson, Charles Cooper. Welcome: To Alison , who has agreed to join the Trustees of our club. Apologies: Michael Higgins.

Membership: No gains or losses in the last 12 Months – We have 15 Members.

Charity activity: We continue to help other local charity groups and Individuals in need. Help has been given to Lions international causes also.

We have incorporated the latest CIO regulations and applied for ‘Gift Aid’ under the CIO regulations from HMRC.

Accounts: Our Treasurer has had the accounts audited and the club has agreed the audit.

RA: Discussions took place about changes to our Risk Assessment for our new shop unit in Wainwrights Yard
Meeting finished at 7.25pm in time for Business meeting to commence with other members of club.
