## **Year end Meeting 2023/2024**
## **Present:**
Chris Jackson, Liz Axten, Irene Robinson, Bryan Robinson, Charles Cooper. **Welcome: To Alison** , who has agreed to join the Trustees of our club. **Apologies:** Michael Higgins.
1. **Membership:** No gains or losses in the last 12 Months – We have 15 Members.
2. **Charity activity:** We continue to help other local charity groups and Individuals in need. Help has been given to Lions international causes also.
3. **We have** incorporated the latest CIO regulations and applied for ‘Gift Aid’ under the CIO regulations from HMRC.
4. **Accounts:** Our Treasurer has had the accounts audited and the club has agreed the audit.
5. **RA:** Discussions took place about changes to our Risk Assessment for our new shop unit in Wainwrights Yard
**Meeting finished** at 7.25pm in time for Business meeting to commence with other members of club.
