Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
No activities have taken place in the year - Covid restrictions have delayed plans.
The charity assisted the Woodley & Earley Lions club to run their November 2022 fireworks display. In recognition of the help received, the Lions donated £8,000 to the charity.
Discussions to take over the annual Laurel Park Fireworks display have taken place with the Lions Club who currently run the display. The event is due to run in November 2023.
Work to set up a website and procedures for grant applications are ongoing. This is expected to be completed in early 2024.
