Finaneial review The Trnstees are content that the Charitable Company has a sound financial platfoTm on which to move forward. Puliry reserve The Company aims to hold 3 months expenditure as a reserve. The perforn)ance against the reserves policy will be regularlj. reviewed bj. Board as part of the regular discussion of financial performance. Over the course of the next financial year, the Company will be seeking to both increase and diversify its income base to improve its reserves position. This will primarilj. involve increasing and 'Idening its fundraising activities and through application for grant funding. Taxation The charity is considered to pass the tests sei out in Paragraph I Schedule 6 of the Finance Act 2010 and therefore it meets the definition of a charitable company for UK corporation lax purposes.
