SOUTHALL LIONS CLUB INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRuEEs OF SOUTHALL UONS CLUB FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2024 I report on the accounts of Southall Lions Club for the year ended 30 June 2024 This report is made solely to the trustees, as a body, in accordance with Section 154 of the Charities Act 2011. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the charity and charitws trustees, as a body, for my work, for the report, or the opinions I have formed. Respective responslbilltles of trustees and examlner The charivs trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section144121 of the 2011 Act and an Independent examination is needed.
