My work has been undertaken so that I mi8ht state to the charity's trustees those matters l am required to state to them in an independent examiner's report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the charity and charitws trustees, as a body, for my work, for the report, or the opinions I have formed. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section144121 of the 2011 Act and an Independent examination is needed.
