Th¢ CIO has undertaken further Lifewater distributions in Kyaka II andNakiTrfale Refiigee Settlements ih Wemem Ugand4 wotl(ing with our funding p•t)er, Water WoTks.- there were four distributions in Kyaka 11. and two distributions in Nakivale Refugee Seille¢[lts- thereby providing Lifewatrr systems io around 1050 fan)ili¢$ in those settlements. In 2025, Lifewater provided add&1 water purification systrms placed in scbcKJls and heahh faciliti&8 as part of our ongoing commitinent to Kyaka II Rege¢ SettlemeDL This was largely funded by the Aall Foundation. There were two main monitorng exercises c0Thth acro&8 ugan Rwand4 Kenya and Sierra Leone thiring the cours¢ of the year. The results of these exercises were extremety encourdging with very good usage and Tnaintenance of the Lrfewater systen. Throughout the year, two of the UK TnLStees, Roger and Glenys Londo trdvelled to Ugandato (Jserve Lifewat¢T distnbutions taking place in Kyaka Il and Nakivale Refugee Settlements. In January. their trip to Uganda involved showing visiting snSorS from Water Wot*s what tskes place in the iiefyee Settlernents.
