Structhr& Govern4n¢e and Management
The chaTity was registered on 18 ApTiI 2019, and is a Clwitable Organisation ('ClO').
Five chaTity Inthes manage the affairs of the CIO (2024- five).

The CIO has continued io engage in the provision and monitoring of waterpurification equipment across both
East and West Africa Working with our nationaj and regiona] Lifewater teams in Ugandl Kenyi Rwanda and
Sle￿a Leone.
This year, the CIO has not undertaken any Lifewater Village dastrjbutions kn ljomes and s¢hiKTrls across E&%t Ind
West Afric4 using ￿ndIng provided by our paTlneT. the Aall Foundktion. h8s concth]trated on fiffther
reconditioning of Lifewater systrms in villag&8 where filtrrs and otherpart8 needed rq)la¢ing as part of o
¢ommitsnent towards sustainability of ourpDiects.
Th¢ CIO has undertaken further Lifewater distributions in Kyaka II andNakiTrfale Refiigee Settlements ih
Wemem Ugand4 wotl(ing with our funding p•t)er, Water WoTks.- there were four distributions in Kyaka 11.
and two distributions in Nakivale Refugee Seille￿¢[lts- thereby providing Lifewatrr systems io around 1050
fan)ili¢$ in those settlements.
In 2025, Lifewater provided add&1 ￿ water purification systrms placed in scbcKJls and heahh faciliti&8 as part of
our ongoing commitinent to Kyaka II Re￿ge¢ SettlemeDL This was largely funded by the Aall Foundation.
There were two main monitorng exercises c0Thth￿ acro&8 ugan￿ Rwand4 Kenya and Sierra Leone thiring
the cours¢ of the year. The results of these exercises were extremety encourdging with very good usage and
Tnaintenance of the Lrfewater systen￿.
Throughout the year, two of the UK TnLStees, Roger and Glenys Londo￿ trdvelled to Ugandato (*Jserve
Lifewat¢T distnbutions taking place in Kyaka Il and Nakivale Refugee Settlements. In January. their trip to
Uganda involved showing visiting s￿nSorS from Water Wot*s what tskes place in the iiefyee Settlernents. Two
other UK Trllstees, Aliststr and Lorraine Patience, visited Sierra IA)ne in 2025. &8s1￿ing with Lifewater
monwtoring in NYanYah￿ Village, Kallah￿ DistricL
In the wning year, 2026, aq￿ding on (mgoiDg SpM￿rship, the plaD is to hold Lifewater Village
distributions in both East and West Afric4 ts) continue disthTrJutions in Kyaka ll and Nakivate Refugee
Settlement4 and to further the schools and Health Cenr(e Pilot Project in Kyaka Il SettlemenL As funds penniL

Financial Review
The CIO has free reserve5 of £3,717 (2024- £11,520) at the year end and has suificient fimds to meet its
liabilities.

2. Related Party TTansartions
Mr R C London and Mr5 G S Lolld￿ (Trustee5 of Lifewat¢r UK CIO) are Directors of Cleanwater Ltd.
Lif¢water UK CIO PUTchases water filtrr kits from Cleanwakr Purchases in the year amounted
to £32,804 (2024- £29,800).
All of the Tn￿teeS of Lifewater UK CIO also act as Tntstees for Transfornied Intemational. In the year,
Lifewater UK CIO received donations of £26,010 (2024- £30.975) from Trn)sformed International.
Four of the Trustees of Lifewater UK Cto are also Trnstees of MaTanatha Christian Outreach Mijjistries.
In the year ended 31 December 2025, £350 was paid to Maranatha Christian Olrtreach MÉAisthes for the
mo&ikning of the project ill Sierrd Leon< and for a contribution to travel costs.
