In planning and executing Ihe activities for this period. the Trustees have had regard to the guidance on public benefit issued by the Charity Commission. Since the previously used accommodation is now being used by another body. several alternatives had been pursued including using an unused Magistrates Court attached to Ledbury Police Station and Ihe former council Youth Centré which is now let to a private nursery. We are now being invited to work with another charity, who are just about secure the leasehold of a suitable building. We are seeking additional volunteers to be in pla ready for the recommencement of aclivilies. Summary of the main activities undertakan for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section th9 Statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guldance issued by the Charity Commission on publlc benefit) We are supporting a committee to enable th8 voices of young people to be heard, and this expects lo report in Autumn 2024. One of the committee partners is the charity we exped to work with once they've secured the new building. Additionally, the Trustees are still very active in the community, for example.. building relationships with mental-h8alth partn8rs, which will benefit the drop-in when it opens.
