The Trust wasestablished on 1 April 2019 and was authorised by the FCA on 1 April 2019. The Trust is a UK charity registered with the Commission with registration number 1182766.
Objects: 4.1 Subject To Clause 4.2 The Fund Is Established Exclusively To Further The Charitable Purposes Of The Participating Charities That Directly Or Indirectly Hold Units In The Sub-Funds From Time To Time By The Provision Of A Caif For The Investment Of Sums Of Money And Other Property From Time To Time Transferred To A Sub-Fund By Or On Behalf Of A Participating Charity Subject To The Terms Of This Deed.4.2 If At Any Time There Are No Holders Of Units In The Sub-Funds, The Fund Shall Have Such Charitable Purposes As The Manager And Trustee Shall Determine From Time To Time.4.3 Subject To The Provisions Of This Deed And Clause 4.1, A Participating Charity Shall Be Entitled To The Capital And Income Of A Sub-Fund In Shares Determined By Reference To The Amount Or Value Of The Monies Or Property Transferred To The Sub-Fund By Or On Behalf Of Each Participating Charity And To The Value Of The Sub-Fund At The Time Of The Transfers.
