**Objects:** 4.1 SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 4.2 THE FUND IS ESTABLISHED EXCLUSIVELY TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE PARTICIPATING CHARITIES THAT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY HOLD UNITS IN THE SUB-FUNDS FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE PROVISION OF A CAIF FOR THE INVESTMENT OF SUMS OF MONEY AND OTHER PROPERTY FROM TIME TO TIME TRANSFERRED TO A SUB-FUND BY OR ON BEHALF OF A PARTICIPATING CHARITY SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS DEED.4.2 IF AT ANY TIME THERE ARE NO HOLDERS OF UNITS IN THE SUB-FUNDS, THE FUND SHALL HAVE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE MANAGER AND TRUSTEE SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.4.3 SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS DEED AND CLAUSE 4.1, A PARTICIPATING CHARITY SHALL BE ENTITLED TO THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF A SUB-FUND IN SHARES DETERMINED BY REFERENCE TO THE AMOUNT OR VALUE OF THE MONIES OR PROPERTY TRANSFERRED TO THE SUB-FUND BY OR ON BEHALF OF EACH PARTICIPATING CHARITY AND TO THE VALUE OF THE SUB-FUND AT THE TIME OF THE TRANSFERS.
