(1) At the frst annualgeneralmeeting of
the members of the CIO all the charity|
|||trustees shall retire from offce;|
|||(2) At every[subsequent]annualgeneral

|||from offce. If the number of charity|
|||trustees is not three or a multiple of|
|||three, then the number nearest to one-|

|||(4) The vacancies so arising may be
flled by the decision of the members at|

|||may at any time decide to appoint a new|
