Description5, Stories and information are presented for the knowledge and education of visttors and recently films and short wde05 have supplemented this in several areas. In order to fund this work, a small fee is charged for entrance, a tea room is provided and events are held in the grounds which attratt visitors from a large area, both locally and intsrnationally. The museurn is run and managed entirely by volunteers.

Section D Achievements and performae Summary ofthe main achievements of the charity during the year 2022 has presented several challenges". Post Covid the number of volunteers has reduced, and we have trouble attracting volunleers for main roles such as FundraisirKJ and MarketirrfJ. Work on the museum's strategy continues with on90ing discussions with our landlord. The plan is in parts, a Development Strategy to 2030 and a Business Plan to 2030 which will require a fresh approach to income generation. We are currently looking at several possible initian'ves in this area. During this year we successhjlly ran a number of events which raised funds such that we ended the year with a small surplus. All assets are held in either current or deposit accounts.
