The object of the CIO is to preserve and protect the good health of adults residing in and around Bradford City, particularly those who require special attention as a result of economic disadvantage and/or with physical and/or mental health issues, whom without our service, would not have the opportunity to undertake regular physical activity/exercise, by the provision of structured physical activity interventions.

The charity aims to transform the lives of Bradford's most vulnerable through fitness by promoting activities proven to benefit people’s health.

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
