## **Description of the charity’s trusts**

1. The object of the CIO is to preserve and protect the good health of adults residing in and around Bradford City, particularly those who require special attention as a result of economic disadvantage and/or with physical and/or mental health issues, whom without our service, would not have the opportunity to undertake regular physical activity/exercise, by the provision of structured physical activity interventions. 

The charity aims to transform the lives of Bradford's most vulnerable through fitness by promoting activities proven to benefit people’s health.

**Responsibilities and basis of report** 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
