The object of the CIO is to preserve and protect the good health of adults residing in and around Bradford City, particularly those who require special attention as a result of economic disadvantage and/or with physical and/or mental health issues, whom without our service, would not have the opportunity to undertake regular physical activity/exercise, by the provision of structured physical activity interventions. The charity aims to transform the lives of Bradford's most vulnerable through fitness by promoting activities proven to benefit people’s health.
