The accounts prepared by the treasurer were approved and agreed to.

Election of trustees

Kathleen Davies and Heather Pudner stood down and were proposed and reelected. John Puzey stood down as a committee member but will remain as a trustee.

Q and A

Thanks were expressed by Jill committee members for the work carried out during the year on behalf of the organisation. Grant thanked the centre staff and Merve for their work during the year.

A leaflet to be inserted into the CATS programmes was suggested. Jill will write and produce it . Other marketing suggested included, Local magazines in Carmarthenshre, Clydach, Ystradgynlais and Pontardawe.

The meeting closed at 730.
