Independent examiner's report to the trustees of Support Nepal I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Support Nepal (the Trust) for the year ended 31 March 2021. Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity trLJStees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirement5 of the Charities Act 20111'the Act'l- I report in respect of my oxamination of the Trusys accounts carried out under section 145 of ihe 2011 Act and in carrying oul my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act. Independent examinerfs statement I have completed my examination. I confirm thal no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect.. accounting records weie not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act,. or the accounts do not accord with those records. I have received, on addition31 enquiry. written confirmatiorb and evidence of funds transferred from the UK to Nepal and have obtained email reassurance that these fund5 have been distributed effectively to the contractors building the Welfare centre, a project being supported by the Support Nepal Trustees. I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examinatior¢ to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
