The Foundation wa5 incorporated on 21 December 2018 as a CIO in order to continue to carry on the charttable activities previously undertsken by the North Midlands Rugby Football Union Seven-a4ide Trust Fund. Registered Charity number 236425. which merged with the ao on 5June 2019 and has since ckjsed. Both ofthe tharities have been supported by donations from North Midlands Rugby Football Union Limited and aim to provide finanoal assistsnce to North Midlands Rugby Football Union Mited dub players injured in the course of participati( in the sport ot rugby union.
