REPORT OFTHE TRUSfEES
The Trustees P￿sent the finanaal statements of the Chartthble Incorporated
Organisation {CIOI for the year ended 30June 2025.
The Foundation wa5 incorporated on 21 December 2018 as a CIO in order to
continue to carry on the charttable activities previously undertsken by the
North Midlands Rugby Football Union Seven-a4ide Trust Fund. Registered
Charity number 236425. which merged with the ao on 5June 2019 and has
since ckjsed.
Both ofthe tharities have been supported by donations from North Midlands
Rugby Football Union Limited and aim to provide finanoal assistsnce to North
Midlands Rugby Football Union ￿Mited dub players injured in the course of
participati(￿ in the sport ot rugby union.

The CIO is govemed by Trustees in aCcOrdarE￿ with the written Constitution, and
subject to the Charities Att 2011 and the Charitable Incorpordted Organisatbons

one must be over 18 at all times.
Finanoal review
The Trustee5' policy is to build up a srngle cash fund, to be drawn on in the event
of an appropriate injury being nottfied tothem.
North Midland5 Rugby Football Union Limtted made a donation of £5,CK(J in the
year ended 30 June 2025. A total of £10,387 grènts were made to nine injured
players in the year.

on a Receipts and Payments basis in accordance wtth the relevant ststutory
regulations and the reduced requirements of the Statement of Recommended
