Trustee Report for Annual General Meeting
Meeting held at the Lawrence Centre on the 10[th of] June 2024
Annual General Meeting
Following the agreement in the AGM of 12 June 2023 the meeting is to be held at the June monthly meeting. At this meeting of 10 June 2024 it will be reviewed if this should revert to May from 2025.
Trustee Meetings
The Trustees, have considered business via correspondence due to the difficulty of all meeting together. Matters discussed are that a specific statement regarding potential members be adopted as follows:
Prospective members should attend such business meetings, social events and community activities to allow them to obtain sufficient knowledge of the club before making an application. If required joining meetings by a remote platform is acceptable. Applications should be made in writing on the relevant form and may be done electronically. These may be stored electronically and kept by the membership officer.
The trustees also agreed that as of 18[th] May 2024 the Secretary elect, Stephen Whitby, and the Treasurer elect Ann Ray be given full access to the bank accounts.
