Section C Objectives and activities
To enhance the development in education of children between the ages of 4 and 11 by providing for their needs both before and after school at Four Oaks Primary School.

FOSBACS is an 80 place before and after school care provision which runs on the premises of Four Oaks Primary School. It operates from 7.30am until 9am and between 3.20pm and 6pm every day that the school is open. FOSBACS provides care for those 80 children and a safe environment in which they can play as part of their educational provision at Four Oaks. Children have the opportunity to have a breakfast and a light tea every day if they wish to.

Section D Achievements and performance
FOSBACS has enabled the 80 pupils to be safely looked after both Summary of the main before and after school. It has given them an opportunity to develop their achievements of the charity social and educational skill set. during the year FOSBACS has also supported those families in enabling the parents to go to work knowing their children are safe on the school site.

Parental contributions have enabled the FOSBACS staff to purchase consumable resources that the FOSBACS children can use every day. Funds from FOSBACS have enabled the upkeep and investment in outdoor play equipment that the FOSBACS children use every day.
Funds from FOSBACS have enabled a partial investment in outdoor classroom spaces that the FOSBACS children can use every day.

Report to the trustees
Charity Name FOUR OAKS SCHOOL BEFORE AND AFTER CARE SCHEME
On accounts for the year AUGUST 2022 Charity no 1181018 ended (if any) Set out on pages (remember to include the page numbers of additional sheets)
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2022.
Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
-
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
-
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
-
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
