THE CLUB PROVIDES COMPETITION, FRIENDSHIP AND FIUN FOR ALL ITS MEMBERS.

WE HAVE A WHATS APP GROUP, WE HAVE REGULAR OPEN DAYS. AL AL OF WHICH ARE TO ENCOURAGE EXISTING MEMBERS AND OTHERS TO HELP PROMOTE A PHYISICAL AND MENTAL WELL BEING IN THE COMMUNITY AND BEYOND. WE HAVE APPLIED FOR AND BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN APPLYING FOR A NUMBER OF GRANTS, USUSALLY FOR SPECIFIC ITEMS ASSOCIATED TO IMPROVE THE ACTIVITIES OF ALL MEMBERS AND OF COURSE ANY NEW MEMBERS.

MOST OF OUR FUNDING IS GOT WHEN APPLYING TO ORGANISATIONS AND COMPANIES INCLUDING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES.

WE ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO BE ABLE TO INVEST. MOST OF FUNDING IS PROVIDED BY OUR EXISTING MEMBERS THROUGH FEES AND INDIVIDUAL SMALL DONATIONS/

Section D Achievements and performance

OUR BASIC AIM IS TO IMPROVE OUR FACILITIES AND CONTINUALLY STRIVE TO IMPROVE OUR MEMBERSHIP.WE ARE RECOGNISED AS A FRIENDLY CLUB WHICH CANONLY HELP TO IMPROVE MEMBERSHIP AND FRIENDSHIP N THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. WE COMPETE IN THREE LEAGUES , MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHTHS AND TUESDAY AFTERNOON. EACH YEAR WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO IMPROVE OUR LEAGUE POSITIONS. MORE IMPORTANT IS THE FACT THAT EACH YEAR WE ALSO BEEN IN A POSITION TO DRAW IN NEW MEMBERS. THIS CAN BE DIFFICULT AS THERE IS A SECOND CLUB IN OUR AREA IN A LOCASL PARK. HOWEVER AS A FRIENDLY CLUB WE HAVE IMPROVED OUR MEMBERSHIP FAIRLY SUCCESFULLY.

WHERE NESCESARY WE HAVE TO INCREASE FEES TO OUR MEMBERS AS DONATIONS RARELY ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE DAY TO DAY RUNNING OF THE CLUBS WE REGULARY HAVE FUND RAISING DAYS AND OTHER FUNDING EVENTS, Details of any funds materially NONE in deficit
