We continued to support otheT local organisations to ernsure they are LGBTQ+ inclusive. We also worked with Comlnunity A¢tion Rcdbridge and RedbFLdge CoullcRI io facilirate involvement of local LGBTQ+ people in shaping the Ilford Amval regcneration projeLI. We are pleased to have start¢d to work with local sery1¢ and others to better understand the experiences and needs of local LGB TQ* young p¢ople. We were pleased to add Jan Scott to our board of trustees this year. In January 2025 we held away day for staff and ttuslees io develop a new three-y¢ar srrat¢sy. We have also grown our teatll of volunteers who help us to dcliver activities.
