Covid-19 and Going Concorn The Covid-19 Pandemic and following economic crisis continues to have an effect on the public benefll of the charity in terms of the ineome Df the charity but this is still only expected lo be temporary. The charity moved more lo making donations to registered charities as a result ol the restricted siK)rting activities of individuals.11 is still hard lor those lo move forward but as recovery contlnues we expect sports also to recover p8rbcipation and involvement. Public beneflt The trustee8 consider that tho objectives and aCtiV￿e$ of the charity are in accordance with the Charity Commissions, general guidance on public benefiL The details of public b8nefit are covered within other areas of this r8POrt especialty under the heading of 'Achievernents. perfomiance and developments.. Tho foundation makes grants to charities. or other organisations working to advance charitsble purpos8s, which gives benefrt to 8veryone regardl8ss of ags, ability, cregd or ethnic origin. Risk assgssmgnt The Iruslees have considered the major risks to which the charfty Is exposed and consider that th08e risks have currently been negligible. When the tharity makes investments then il will need to re-address those risks and ensure that suitable mixe8 8re used and assets are covered by adequate insurance. The trustees do have a grant making policy which incorporates ensuring that the institutions to which grants are made are suitsble and charitable in their own art'vib'es.
