Achlevements and perfommnce The Income and Expenditu￿ Account shows a105s of £647 during the year. The canoe club has £38,936.92 available. The Trustees are happy that the club membership has grown steadily during the course of the year. The voluntary led three beginners programmes operated throu8h the summer months played a large part In driving the membership increase. The Club has a fledgling Stand Up Paddle Board membership thanks agaln to the efforts of out two volunteer Instructors. The club has purchased a suite of SUP boards and additional be8inner plastic boats. Flnancially the club is Stable with membetship fees covering the basic runnin8 costs and Income from the volunteer or8anised waterside series generating a surplus that allows the club to develop. The clubs boat storage is at capacity and we have received Planning Pemiission for the construction of a new boat house. New members are bringing new skills and it is good to see that recent members are now taking on leadership roles within the dub.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/05/2024.

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
