CIO status 14/11/2018. Hence, we have a
long history of promoting rugby football
in the Bridgend Area.
As will become a theme of this report
promotion of rugby football is a
continual process as each season ends
and new season quickly starts.
Beneficiaries range from children aged
from under 7 to men in their 40s, 50s
and beyond.

solvent. Our primary objective is to
provide rugby football in the Bridgend
County Borough Area. Remaining
solvent from one season to the next is
our next objective, which we continually
monitor. But with the collective skill sets
of the present Committee we don’t
envisage there ever being an issue with
the Club remaining solvent

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/05/2025.

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
