For the period the Trustees have sought grant funding and donations to facilitate research, a book entitled ‘Fixed on Nitrogen’ was published to inform the public about the need for research on sustainable forms of nitrogen and the existence of the Foundationi. All revenues from the sale of the book were donated to the Foundation. |

Para 1.20 | The Foundation prepared proposals and applied for grant funding from the following organisations: the Earthshot Programme and the Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) for Africa. The latter involved a collaboration with the Kenyan Agriculture and Livestock Research Organisation. Both applications were unsuccessful. Collaboration with the UNDP Cultiiv@te Programme in Gabon was maintained despite Covid-19 and following a number of virtual meetings a visit by representatives of the Foundation was agreed to take place in 2021. |
