Objects: The Advancement Of Education For The Public Benefit, In Particular (but Not Limited To) Early Years Education, By (but Not Limited To):(a) The Promotion Of Effective Education And Training Of Students Or Qualified Childcare And Education Practitioners In All Aspects Of Early Years Care And The Education Of Young Children; (b) The Promotion Of Best Practice In Early Years Care And The Education Of Young Children Generally; (c) The Provision Of Funding For Specific Projects And / Or Research Relating To The Promotion Of Best Practice In Early Years Care And Education; The Promotion Of Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit In Particular (but Without Limitation) Among Children Of Early Years Age And Their Families / Carers Who Are Socially Excluded From Society, Or Part Of Society, As A Result Of Their Social And Economic Position, In Particular (but Without Limitation) Through:(d) The Education Of Children Of Early Years Age And Students Or Qualified Childcare And Education Practitioners Of Early Years Education; (e) The Provision Of Funding For Specific Projects And / Or Research To Promote Social Inclusion; Andthe Advancement Of Such Objects Or Purposes Which Are Exclusively Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales For The Public Benefit In Any Part Of The World And In Such Manner As The Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit. For The Purpose Of This Clause, "socially Excluded" Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Part Of Society, As A Result Of Being A Member Of A Socially And Economically Deprived Community.
